Narelle has over 18
years market research experience gained
while working at the Ehrenberg-Bass
Institute and her own consultancy business.
Her PhD and Masters degrees were in the field of
service and relationship quality, focusing on
designing a measurement instrument and she
published many peer-reviewed papers on her work
while working at the university.
Narelle conducts contract research for a range of
clients including businesses, non-profit
organisations, educational institutions and
government departments.
